An official criminal investigation has been launched by security in Sirte after two gunmen raided the Gumhouria Bank on Tuesday morning, snatching 90,000 LYD ($70,500).A source from the security said the gunmen entered the bank and demanded the money from then officer-in-charge of the treasury department.
An investigation is underway to try and determine who committed to robbery and the reasons behind it.
