The Minister of Higher Education in the interim government,
Dr. Mohamed Hassan Abubakar, has announced a plan to dispatch ten
thousand and five hundred students to universities and technical
institutional centers and technical colleges, and faculty members
abroad.
The ministry’s policy is to develop a system for organizing missions, and provide the needs of society in the future.
The minister said at the press conference, which was held on Sunday at the Diwan of the prime minister, that the ministry has developed an office in the city of Benghazi to carry out the ministry in the city, and that the measures were initiated to develop a post office in the city of Sabha.
