CAIRO: Libyan authorities should track down the killers of seven Egyptians in Libya and investigate them to know the real reasons behind the attack, said Libyan ambassador to Egypt Mohamed Fayez Gebril on Wednesday.
Gebril told the Al-Hayat channel that the crime aims to target Egyptian-Libyan relations and was not committed on the basis of identity. The Egyptians killed were also Christians.
He said investigations are ongoing and results will be reached soon.
