President of the National Congress, Dr. Mohammad Magarief has returned to Libya after receiving heart surgery in Turkey.
The Libyan News Agency reported Magarief is on the road to recovery after completing all medical tests that followed the procedure.
The operation took place at a hospital in Ankara, and was crowned with complete success. He had a stent inserted into a coronary artery after complaints of chest pains.
