Tourists wowed by rare dolphin stampede
Passengers on board Captain Dave's Dolphin and Whale Safari witnessed a spectacular stampede of 1,000 dolphins off the coast of California.
Dana Point is said to have the greatest density of dolphins per square mile in the world.
Captain Dave Anderson said: "These rare dolphin stampedes like this one of 1,000 dolphins remain the most amazing, jaw dropping, and beautiful natural behaviour I have ever been blessed to see in my many years on the water.
"And that is saying a lot since we also have the largest concentration of blue whales in the planet as well!"
