Prime Minister Ali Zeidan held a press conference Tuesday in which he discussed the security situation in Libya.
Zeidan said his country is “weak” as militias continue to run prisons and abduct people, including his chief of staff now missing for eight days.
His chief of staff Mohammed Ali Ghattous was abducted outside of Tripoli last week.
“This is the reality as the nation moves from being weak to being strong and from chaos to order,” he said.
