#libya MOI plans to improve security

Libya’s minister of the interior Ashour Shwail, in a press conference with Prime Minister Ali Zeidan said the situation on the Libyan- Egyptian border was caused by an issue on the Egyptian side.
Shwail also revealed a a plan to formulate a joint security police force between Benghazi and Tripoli, in coordination with the ministry of Health in preparation to ramp up security in city hospitals.
