وطالب المجلس المؤتمر الوطني العام والحكومة المؤقتة بتفعيل الشرطة والجيش بأسرع
وقت ممكن لضمان سلامة واستقرار البلاد .

#طرابلس غرفة التجارة والصناعة والزراعة تعبر عن دهشتها من دعوة منظمة العمل الوطني لحماية الثورة ومكافحة الفساد لعقد اجتماع طارئ لمنتسبي الغرفة ، وتؤكد أن جمعيتها العمومية هي من يقرر ويدعو لأي اجتماع تستدعيه الحاجة .

عن دهشتها من قيام منظمة العمل الوطني لحماية الثورة ومكافحة الفساد بالدعوة لعقد
اجتماع طارئ لمنتسبي الغرفة يوم 15 الشهر الجاري دون علم الغرفة أو التنسيق معها
باعتبارها مؤسسة رسمية تمثل حلقة الوصل بين مزاولي النشاط الخاص وبين مؤسسات الدولة
ذات العلاقة بالشأن الاقتصادي .
وأعرب المدير العام للغرفة السيد " أحمد محمد الفقي " في رسالة لوكالة الأنباء
الليبية عن تفاجئه وأعضاء الغرفة من هذه الدعوة للاجتماع دون إعلام جمعيتها
العمومية بالأمر وبمبررات الاجتماع .. مبينا أن الجمعية العمومية في الغرفة هي من
يقرر ويدعو لأي اجتماع تستدعيه الحاجة .
وأكد " الفقي " في رسالته أن الجمعية العمومية وإدارة الغرفة لم تنسقان مع
أي جهة بخصوص هذا الاجتماع ، ولا تعلم عنه شيئا ، وكذلك الحال بالنسبة لمجلس رجال
الأعمال ، وأنه تفاديا للملابسات التي نتجت عن هذه الدعوة الغربية ، وتطمينا
للمواطنين الذين تسألوا ولازالو عن هذه الموضوع نأمل نشر هذا التوضيح .

الذي وقع بمدينة بنغازي أمس وأودى بحياة عدد من القتلى والجرحى .
وأعرب المتحدث الرسمي باسم وزارة الخارجية المصرية الوزير المفوض عمرو رشدي في
تصريح بثته وكالة أنباء الشرق الاوسط اليوم عن خالص عزاء مصر للشعب الليبى في ضحايا
الانفجار .
وأشار الى أن مصر إذ تدين هذا العمل الإجرامى فإنها تعرب عن صادق تضامنها مع
الأشقاء في ليبيا وتمنياتها لهم بالاستقرار والازدهار. وكالة الأنباء الليبية

Clashes erupt between #Israeli troops, #Palestinians in West Bank
Israeli forces have
clashed with dozens of Palestinian protesters following the Israeli
army’s decision to allow illegal settlers to install a settlement
outpost in the occupied West Bank.
Clashes broke out between scores of Palestinian youths and Israeli soldiers in the city of Beit Sahour, east of Bethlehem, on Sunday. Israeli troops fired stun grenades at the demonstrators to disperse the crowd.
Meanwhile, Palestinian Authority Foreign Minister Riyad al-Maliki has called for the immediate cessation of settlement expansion activities in the West Bank, saying such expansionist moves undermine efforts to revive the so-called peace talks.
"For us, stopping settlement construction is vital, important and essential to really sit down and talk about the subject of negotiations," Maliki said.
He added, "Without this, it will be difficult, if not impossible to find a Palestinian interested in sitting down and talking with the Israelis.”
"It is not a Palestinian condition. It is a requirement by the international community," the senior Palestinian official pointed out.
The UN and most countries regard the Israeli settlements as illegal because the territories were captured by Israel in a war in 1967 and are hence subject to the Geneva Conventions, which forbids construction on occupied lands.
The presence and continued expansion of these settlements has created a major obstacle for the efforts to establish peace in the Middle East.
Israel agreed to freeze settlement construction under the Roadmap for Peace plan in 2002. But it has failed to comply with that commitment despite repeated and widespread international condemnation.
More than half a million Israelis live in over 120 illegal settlements built since Israel’s occupation of the Palestinian territories of the West Bank and East al-Quds in 1967

بالمنظمة السيده " كيارا ديتسي بارديسكي " إطلاق منظمة اليونيسكو لمشروع إنشاء مركز
دراسات التراث الثقافي والفني للصحراء الليبية بالتعاون مع مصلحة الآثار .
وأوضح الطرفان خلال الاجتماع بطرابلس أن هذا المشروع يهتم بدراسة التراث المادي
، وتدريب الكوادر الليبية ، واجراء دراسات حول المواقع الأثارية في ليبيا .
وحضر هذا الاجتماع السيد " صالح عقاب " مدير مصلحة الآثار ، والدكتور " مفتاح
الحداد " خبير آثار .

Red Cross says 3 workers kidnapped in #Yemen
GENEVA: The International Committee of the Red Cross says three of its workers have been kidnapped in the southern Yemeni province of Abyan.
Dibeh Fakhr, a spokeswoman for the Geneva-based ICRC, says two international staff and a locally hired employee were taken in the vicinity of Jaar earlier Monday.
She says the three are alive and "hopefully unharmed," and the organization is negotiating for their release. She says she assumes the kidnappers might be the same group involved in a similar incident last week.
But she declined to give more information, saying it could endanger the negotiations and put lives at risk.
Yemen's president warned last week that the al-Qaida branch in the country was expanding and using assassinations and abductions of foreigners as a way to challenge the central authority.

#Syria opposition to consult backers on peace talks
ISTANBUL: Syria's opposition will consult with backers Saudi Arabia, Qatar and Turkey before it decides whether to take part in a peace conference proposed by the United States and Russia, its acting chief said Monday.
"It is too early to decide whether or not we will take part, because the circumstances of this conference are not yet clear. There is no agenda or calendar yet," said the opposition National Coalition's acting head George Sabra.
"The list of participating states and their representatives has not yet been announced," Sabra told reporters in Istanbul.
"We are still holding consultations with revolutionary forces inside (Syria), and with our friends and allies in the region -- Turkey, Saudi Arabia, Qatar and other Arab countries -- to take the appropriate decision," he added.
Riyadh, Ankara and Doha are the Syrian opposition's main backers. They provide it with money and light and medium weapons.
The Coalition had said Sunday it will discuss on May 23 the US-Russian proposed conference, that aims to reach a political solution for a conflict that has left more than 80,000 dead in just over two years.
Last week, US Secretary of State John Kerry visited Moscow and the two countries agreed to push rebels and the regime of President Bashar al-Assad to build on a deal agreed last year in Geneva and to enter into talks.
But Sabra said on Sunday that the opposition demands Assad's departure as part of any resolution to the conflict.
"We have conditions for all political initiatives... chiefly the cessation of violence and Bashar al-Assad and his clique's unconditional departure," he said.
Sabra meanwhile accused Assad's regime of being behind a twin bombing that left 46 people dead in Turkey on Saturday.
"The regime will be punished by fighters of the (rebel) Free Syrian Army for what it did in Reyhanli," he warned.

#Kuwait MPs plan to question ministers, raising pressure on goverment
KUWAIT:
Kuwaiti lawmakers said on Monday they wanted to question the oil and
interior ministers in parliament, a move that could rekindle political
tensions in the Gulf Arab state after several months of relative
stability.
Kuwait's elected parliament has been caught in a long-running power struggle with the appointed government, in which ruling family members hold some top posts. The political row has delayed reforms and investment in Kuwait, a major oil producer.
Elections in December, the fifth in six years, brought in lawmakers seen as more cooperative with the government, fuelling investor hopes that the cabinet would increase infrastructure spending and pass economic reforms.
However, tensions have once again risen between MPs and the government despite an initial period of cooperation.
MPs said they would call Oil Minister Hani Hussein in for questioning over a $2.2 billion compensation payment to Dow Chemical Co by Kuwait's state chemicals company this month, as well as other issues, state news agency KUNA said.
They also demanded to question Interior Minister Sheikh Ahmad al-Hamoud al-Sabah, a senior ruling family member, over allegations including violation of the constitution, non-cooperation with parliament and neglecting judicial rules.
Along with rejecting legislation, such sessions are one of the main ways MPs assert their influence under limited parliamentary powers. In the past such sessions have led to no confidence votes that can oust a minister.
Analysts say MPs often use the requests to settle personal scores and win support from their constituencies, but MPs argue they are holding the government to account in the most democratic country in the six-nation Gulf Cooperation Council.
Finance Minister Mustafa Shamali was forced to step down in May last year after such a session but was reinstated in the current cabinet. In 2011 the prime minister, a nephew of the ruling emir, resigned after pressure from MPs and the street.
Kuwait has managed to avoid the kind of uprising seen in Arab Spring countries, but the political row intensified last year and thousands protested against changes to the voting system introduced by Emir Sheikh Sabah al-Ahmad al-Sabah and other local issues.

إحصائية: #السعودية الأولى عربياً في عدد عمليات التجميل
احتلت السعودية المرتبة الأولى عربياً في عدد عمليات التجميل، بحسب
إحصائية للجمعية الدولية للجراحة التجميلية، ولوحظ ارتفاع إقبال السعوديين
على عمليات التجميل، وتحديداً الشابات السعوديات بين سن الـ19 والـ30
عاماً.
وبحسب إحصائية أصدرتها الجمعية الدولية للجراحة التجميلية، فإن السعودية من ضمن أكثر 25 دولة في العالم تنتشر فيها عمليات التجميل، بالإضافة إلى الولايات المتحدة والهند والصين والبرازيل والمكسيك.
كما أن السعودية تتصدر الدول العربية في عدد عمليات التجميل، وأكثر العمليات غير الجراحية رواجاً هي حقن الدهون في الوجه وإزالة الشعر بالليزر، أما بالنسبة للعمليات الجراحية فتعتبر عمليات تجميل الأنف وشد الوجه وشفط الدهون، أكثر العمليات الجراحية إقبالاً.

كما هيمنت عمليات إزالة الدهون على العمليات التجميلية في العالم، وهو ما يدل على استفحال مشكلة البدانة ولجوء الكثيرين إلى الحل الجراحي للتخلص منها .
ويشدد جراحو التجميل على وجوب توخي الحذر قبل اللجوء إلى الحلول الجراحية، خاصة بالنسبة لصغار السن، فعمليات تجميل الأنف يجب ألا تُجرى للذين تحت عمر الثامنة عشرة، كون عظام الوجه لديهم لا تزال في طور النمو، أما عمليات الصدر، فتتم لمن هم فوق الخامسة والعشرين من العمر، وعمليات شفط الدهون لمن هم فوق الثلاثين.

وتتمثل هذه الدفعة التي قام بتدريبها ضباط من القوات الصاعقة التابعة للجيش الوطني
في أفراد وضباط صف من الشرطة ، وفرق من القوات الخاصة متخصصة في التدخل السريع
وحماية الشخصيات ومداهمة أوكار العصابات الاجرامية .
وحضر الاحتفالية وزير الداخلية العميد" عاشور شوايل" ، وعضو المؤتمر الوطني
العام" منصف محمد الحويلي" ، ورئيس اللجنة الأمنية طرابلس "هاشم بشر" ، وممثل بعثة
الأمم المتحدة للدعم في ليبيا "الشريف العمري" ، والملحق العسكري بسفارة ايطاليا
لدى ليبيا وعدد من مدراء الإدارات ورؤساء الأجهزة وضباط الشرطة .
وهنأ وزير الداخلية في كلمة له بالمناسبة خريجي هذه الدفعة الذين سيساهمون في
وحماية أمن الوطن والمواطن والانتقال من مرحلة الثورة إلى الدولة والنهوض بليبيا
ودعم الاستقرار فيها .
ووجه العميد " شوايل" شكره وتقديره للإدارة العامة للتدريب من ضباط وضباط صف

وأوضح أن العمل جار لتخريج (14388) فردا من اللجان الأمنية في الفترة القريبة
القادمة ، مشيرا الى أن الارادة والعزيمة الموجودة بهمة شباب ورجال ليبيا الشرفاء
للوصول بليبيا الى بر الآمان .
وتخلل الاحتفالية عرض لكراديس الخريجين من أفراد وضباط الصف من الشرطة والقوات
الخاصة المتخصصة في التدخل السريع وحماية الشخصيات وتحرير الرهائن .
وأفاد معاون الإدارة العامة للتدريب ورئيس لجنة الإشراف على التخرج العقيد "
الهادي الجلاح" أن عدد المنتسبين الذين تم تخريجهم اليوم من القوات الخاصة
بلغ(1320) المنضمين الى وزارة الداخلية .
وأوضح في تصريح لوكالة الأنباء الليبية أن هذه الدفعة تلقت تدريبها ولأول مرة
في ليبيا من قبل مدربين من القوات الخاصة التابعة لكتيبة الصاعقة 17 ).
من جهته أكد آمر كتيبة الصاعقة "احمد جاد الله ابراهيم" أن المسئولية الكبرى منذ
إعلان تحرير ليبيا بدأت مرحلة بناء الدولة ،لافتا في هذا الخصوص إلى أنه ومنذ ذلك
التاريخ شرعت وزارتا الدفاع والداخلية في تدريب الوحدات التابعة لهما للعناصر
المنضمة في مختلف التخصصات العسكرية والأمنية لتعزيز الأمن والاستقرار في ليبيا .

وتضمن اسبوع المرور العربي القاء محاضرات توعوية بالمدراس والمستشفيات تناولت
اهمية اتباع ارشادات المرور على الطرقات العامة والاثار السلبية على الاسرة
والمجتمع جراء الحوادث المرورية التى كان اغلبها نتيجة الاهمال وعدم التقيد
بارشادات المرور .
وحضر الاحتفالية التى اقيمت بهذه المناسبة أعضاء المجلس المحلي صرمان ومدير
الأمن الوطني ورئيس قسم التراخيص ورئيس قسم البحث الجنائي صرمان وبعض أفراد الشرطة
المتقاعدين .
وتم خلال الاحتفالية توزيع شهائد الشكر على ضباط الشرطة ، والمتقاعدين ، وأسر
الشهداء ، والمتميزين في قسم المرور والتراخيص .

Diplomat: #Clinton is not behind #Libya call
WASHINGTON - The seasoned diplomat who penned a highly critical report
on security at a U.S. outpost in Benghazi, Libya, defended his scathing
assessment but absolved then-Secretary of State Hillary Clinton. “We
knew where the responsibility rested,” Thomas Pickering said Sunday.
“They’ve tried to point a finger at people more senior than where we found the decisions were made,” Pickering, whose career spans four decades, said of Clinton’s critics.
The Accountability Review Board, which Pickering headed with retired Adm. Mike Mullen, the former chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, did not question Clinton at length about the attacks but concluded last December that the decisions about the consulate were made well below the secretary’s level.
Pickering and Mullen’s blistering report found that “systematic failures and leadership and management deficiencies at senior levels” of the State Department meant that security was “inadequate for Benghazi and grossly inadequate to deal with the attack that took place.”
Pickering’s defense of his panel’s conclusions, however, failed to placate Republicans who have called for creation of a special select congressional committee to investigate the Sept. 11, 2012, assault on the U.S. diplomatic mission that killed four Americans, including U.S. Ambassador Chris Stevens.
“This is a failure, it needs to be investigated. Our committee can investigate,” said Rep. Darrell Issa, R-Calif., top Republican on the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee.
In a separate interview, Pickering said he asked, via the White House, to appear at Wednesday’s session. He said he could have answered many of the questions lawmakers raised, such as whether U.S. military forces could have saved Americans had they dispatched F-16 jet fighters to the consulate, some 1,600 miles away from the nearest likely launching point.
“Mike Mullen, who was part of this report and indeed worked very closely with all of us and shared many of the responsibilities directly with me, made it very clear that his view as a former chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff that there were nothing within range that could have made a difference,” Pickering said.
Republicans and Gregory Hicks, the former deputy chief of mission in Libya, have questioned why the military couldn’t move faster to stop the two nighttime attacks over several hours. Hicks, who testified before the House Oversight panel this past week, said a show of U.S. military force might have prevented the second attack on the CIA annex that killed security officers Tyrone Woods and Glen Doherty.
Mullen’s successor as Joint Chiefs chairman, Gen. Martin Dempsey, and former Defense Secretary Leon Panetta told a Senate panel on Feb. 7 that they didn’t have enough intelligence about what was happening, did not know where the ambassador was and F-16s would have been the wrong aircraft.
“You can’t just willy-nilly send F-16s there and blow the hell out of a place without knowing what’s taking place,” Panetta had told the Senate Armed Services Committee on Feb. 7.
At the hearing last Wednesday, Hicks and two other State Department witnesses criticized Pickering and Mullen’s review. Their complaints centered on a report they consider incomplete, with individuals who weren’t interviewed and a focus on the assistant secretary level and lower.
Even so, Republicans showed little interest in dropping their investigation into what happened at the consulate, what might be done to prevent future such attacks and what political calculations went into rewriting talking points the U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations, Susan Rice, used on news shows.
A series of emails that circulated between the State Department and the CIA led to weakened — and, in some cases, erroneous — language that Rice used to describe the assault during a series of five television interviews the Sunday after the attacks.
“I’d call it a cover-up,” said Sen. John McCain, R-Ariz., who renewed his call for a select committee to investigate.

قانون العزل السياسي أصبح لا خوف على ثورة السابع عشر من فبراير من أن تسرق وبهذا
القانون قد تم تحصينها .
وأضاف في كلمته- خلال الاحتفالية التي أقيمت اليوم بتسليم اللواء ما بعهدته من
مقرات عسكرية ومعدات حربية وإدارية إلى جهاز المخابرات العامة- أن الرهان معقود على
الثوار الشرفاء في حماية مكتسبات ثورة السابع عشر من فبراير.
ودعا في كلمته الليبيين التحول إلى البناء والتعمير وأن يتسلحوا بسلاح الفكر
والمعرفة والقلم والتعليم وأن يؤسسوا لنظام ديمقراطي قائم على العدل والمساواة
وتعدد الحريات واحترام السلطات .
وقال" القطوس" (من حق الأجيال القادمة علينا أن نقدم لهم مشروع دولة قائم على أسس
متينة من دستور معمق ونظام قضائي وتعليمي وصحي ممتاز استجابة لنداءات ورغبات مؤسسات
المجتمع المدني التي تنادي بتفعيل مؤسسات الدولة).
وأشار أنه بصدور قانون العزل السياسي أصبح لا يوجد أي خوف على الثورة وأن الدولة
الليبية أصبحت تأخذ وضعها الطبيعي .
وبين "القطوس" أن اللواء قد قرر بالاتفاق مع الحكومة المؤقته على حل نفسه وتسليم
كل ما في عهدته من مقرات ومعدات إلى جهاز المخابرات الليبية تعبيرا منه لدعم هذه
المؤسسة لتحافظ على أمن البلاد القومي .
وقال( إن الاستجابة لقانون العزل السياسي تظل استحقاقا وجب على الحكومة تنفيذه
وتطهير جميع أجهزة الدولة من الذين ينطبق عليهم ويشملهم هذا القانون وفاء للشهداء
وتتويجا للثورة وأهدافها).
وحيا القطوس في كلمته كل ثوار ليبيا الشرفاء الذين يحرصون على خدمة ليبيا وشعبها
على جميع ما بذلوه من أجل هذا الوطن .

أطلقت شركة «غوغل» العملاقة لخدمات الإنترنت تطبيقا جديدا للمساعدة الصوتية يعمل على أجهزة «آي فون» و«آي باد». ويحمل التطبيق الجديد اسم «غوغل ناو» ويهدف لمنافسة برنامج «سيري» للمساعدة الصوتية من شركة «أبل» للبرمجيات. وكان برنامج «سيري» من وسائل التسويق الرئيسة لشركة «أبل»، وهو يقدم خدمة المساعدة الصوتية للمستخدم بلغته الأصلية. ويقدم برنامج «غوغل ناو» خدمة المساعدة الصوتية للأجهزة التي تعمل بأنظمة تشغيل آندرويد من «غوغل» منذ تسعة أشهر، ولكنه الآن أصبح يقدم نفس الخدمة لأجهزة «أبل» أيضا.

مبادرة لواء الاحرار بحل نفسه وتسليم ما بعهدته من مقرات عسكرية ومعدات حربية
وإدارية إلى جهاز المخابرات العامة تعد خطوة نحو أهم استحقاق تقتضيه مهمة المسير
نحو الدولة , ألا وهو تسليم السلاح وعودته إلى الدولة , وكي لايكون السلاح مشاعا
بين الناس .
وشدد في كلمة له خلال الاحتفالية التي أقيمت بهذه المناسبة أن التحدي الذي
يواجه الليبين, هو انتشار السلاح الذي تسبب في الانفلات الأمني.. داعيا إلى وقفة

#libya End of siege fails to dispel Libyan security fears
(Reuters) – Gunmen have ended a siege of Libya’s foreign and
justice ministries but the two-week standoff has left many unresolved
questions about the government’s ability to impose its authority in the
capital, let alone the restive east of the country.
The episode heightened security concerns that prompted oil group BP, one of the biggest foreign companies active in Libya, to announce on Sunday it was withdrawing an unspecified number of employees from Tripoli. The U.S. and British governments had already pulled out some diplomats temporarily.
In a separate development, two more police stations were attacked in Libya’s eastern city of Benghazi in the early hours of Sunday, the local council said. More than 18 months after the fall of dictator Muammar Gaddafi, Libya’s new rulers have yet to impose a firm grip on a country awash with weapons. Rebel groups that helped to overthrow him are still refusing to disband, and remain more visible on the streets than the state security forces.
The siege of the Tripoli ministries was launched on April 28 by self-styled ‘revolutionaries’ demanding a law to ban anyone who held a senior position under Gaddafi from serving in the new administration.
Parliament bowed to the demand and approved the legislation a week later, despite criticism from rights groups and diplomats who said it was sweeping, unfair and could cripple the government.
Justice Minister Salah Marghani denied on Sunday there had been any deal with the gunmen who left the ministries late on Saturday. They have also demanded the resignation of Prime Minister Ali Zeidan.
“I am not aware of any deal, they just left and they have handed over the place back… they left a bouquet of flowers,” he said in an interview with Radio France Internationale.
‘UNACCEPTABLE’ DEMANDS
Ahmadi Al Deli, head of a committee including members of parliament which had negotiated with the gunmen, denied any agreement to let them set up an office inside the foreign ministry. He said certain “unacceptable” requests, like access to the ministry’s secret archives, had also been rejected.
A political risk consultant said the outcome was likely to encourage armed groups to pursue demands by force.
“What is clear is that sieges and the implicit or explicit threat of force delivers results. So it is likely that armed groups will continue to flex their muscles to achieve their political objectives in the medium term at least,” said Anthony Skinner, Middle East and North Africa director at risk consultancy Maplecroft.
Outside the foreign ministry late on Saturday, the revolutionaries had been replaced by a security force known as the Supreme Security Committee (SSC), made up of former rebel fighters now subordinate to the interior ministry.
An commander at the gates said control of the ministry had been handed over to a committee made up of members of parliament and leaders connected to the armed protests.
It was not clear how this arrangement would work in practice, or whether the gunmen would withdraw from the capital. By Sunday morning the ministry appeared to be returning to normal. Staff were coming and going freely, as police and a couple of SSC cars provided security outside.
The government’s inability to guarantee security throughout the country has prompted some local and tribal leaders to take matters into their own hands.
In the oil-rich east, hundreds of leaders agreed on Saturday to join forces to defend their territory against armed attacks.
“We are not satisfied with the performance of the Ministry of Interior,” said Osama Al Sharif, Benghazi’s local council spokesman. “And especially with the leadership of Benghazi’s police.”
Benghazi, Libya’s second city, was the birthplace of the uprising that toppled Gaddafi. Four Americans including Ambassador Christopher Stevens were killed in an attack on the U.S. mission there last September by suspected Islamist militants.
The episode heightened security concerns that prompted oil group BP, one of the biggest foreign companies active in Libya, to announce on Sunday it was withdrawing an unspecified number of employees from Tripoli. The U.S. and British governments had already pulled out some diplomats temporarily.
In a separate development, two more police stations were attacked in Libya’s eastern city of Benghazi in the early hours of Sunday, the local council said. Mass grave found in #Sabkha on Sunday #libya
A mass grave was uncovered on Sunday in Sabkha, Libyan news agency reported to confirm the discovery.
A team has been sent to investigate the area to try and identify the bodies. The source believes they are believed to be some of the missing from the revolution of 2011.
Members of the Supreme Security Committee, and Ministry of the Affairs of the Families of Martyrs and Missing will attend the site on Monday to determine the exact number and idenitity of the bodies.

The court’s security directed all photographers and television cameramen to remain outside the hall due to a decision made by Judge Abdullah.
The trial is being conducted under intense security measures due to the presence of Gaddaf al-Dam’s supporters. Police have restricted their seating to avoid any speaking with the accused, and to swerve a chaotic courtroom.
He is wanted in Libya for alleged counterfeiting, forgery, fraud and money laundering and is one of several high-profile Libyan figures residing in Egypt who have been pursued by Libyan authorities and the international police body Interpol since the end of the war.

#ليبيا مقترح بإنشاء قوة أمنية وطنية

أكد عضو لجنة الأمن القومي بالمؤتمر الوطني عبد المنعم اليسير اليوم الأحد أن المؤتمر بصدد تقديم مقترح لإنشاء قوة أمنية وطنية لفرض سيطرة الدولة وحفظ الأمن بالبلاد.
وأضاف اليسير لأجواء لبلاد " أن القوة الوطنية سوف تشكل من مختلف أنحاء ليبيا وبمعايير دولية وبإشراف مستشارين أمنيين" وطبقا لقواعد العلوم العسكرية.
وأوضح ، " أن القوة ليس لها طابع جهوي وقبلي وسوف تضم الثوار وتكون قيادتها عسكرية وموحدة ".
وأشار اليسير إلى أن المقترح سوف يقدم لأعضاء المؤتمر الوطني في الأيام القادمة للموافقة عليه كمقترح للنقاش.

يواصل موظفو شركة البحر الأبيض المتوسط الألمانية ببنغازي للبنية التحتية، اعتصامهم مطالبين بمستحقاتهم المتمثلة في المرتبات التي قالوا إنها متوقفة منذ شهر نوفمبر من العام الماضي.
موظف الأمن الصناعي بالشركة محمد الكرغلي وأحد المشاركين بالاعتصام، قال إن العمال يطالبون إلى جانب حقوقهم المادية بـ"تعيين مدير ليبي للمشروع يوازي المدير الألماني".
عضو الملف الأمني بالمجلس المحلي بنغازي فرج دعبس قال لأجواء لبلاد أمس الأحد إن صندوق دعم الشركات صرف للعمال مرتباتهم، وبعد عودة الشركة قامت الشركة باقتطاع هذا المبلغ من مرتبات الموظفين بعد أن أصبح دينا على الشركة للصندوق.
