Two dead after floods in #Murzuq

Torrential floods in Murzuq on Friday have caused two deaths, and a significant amount of damage to homes, and farms, ruining this seasons crop.
According to the President of the local council, Khalid Khalil, the heavy rain in Murzuq destroyed 30 homes, damaged the structure of approximately 350, killed two citizens and injured many more.
The government are urged to intervene with the emergency. The floods have caused some of the population to leave their homes, and are in need of food and medicine
