Leader of Libya's National Transitional Council scheduled to appear to trial over death of Abdel Fattah Younes.

A military court in Libya is expected to resume the hearing over the death of former military commander Abdel Fattah Younes.
The leader of the National Transitional Council, Mustafa Abdel Jalil, is scheduled to appear. He is accused of abusing his power and undermining national unity.
